Independence Home Care Presents to Park Place Rehabilitation Center
Independence Home Care presented to Park Place Rehabilitation Center located in Princeton on September 12, 2017. We provided a breakfast and spoke about our unique discharge planning offered to those who are in need of home care once returning to their home. We met some wonderful nurses, social workers and staff members of Park Place. They were all very impressed with our quick turnaround time for those in need of immediate home care services. Not only do we staff efficiently, but we have our own team of nurses to follow up weekly the first 4 weeks and monthly ongoing at no additional cost to the client. This ensures that our clients and their patients remain healthy and happy in their home without returning to the hospital. When we alleviate a return to the hospital, there is a less risk from further infections, muscle atrophy, cognitive issues, increased depression, longer recovery and longer hospital stay.
