Every month Independence Home Care recognizes a few caregivers who have provided exceptional service to their clients. This month is no different.
To determine which caregivers should be recognized as “Caregivers of the Month”, the staff at Independence Home conducts on-site visits to view first hand the service that is being provided by the caregivers. We also speak directly to the client and the client’s family to learn how they feel about their caregivers. Once this information is collected, the Independence Home Care team discusses their findings and comes to a collective decision as to whom should be named.
